The Ixion Aligner Tear Drop Plier is engineered to create precise modifications to aligners without distortion, removing the need for heating. Its ultra-slim, finely tapered tips provide excellent access incisally, including in the lower anterior region, ensuring smooth handling and optimal visibility for the clinician.

The IX890 Tear Drop Plier produces a tear-shaped notch at the gingival margin of the aligner. This carefully designed feature makes it easier for patients to insert and remove their aligners, improving comfort and compliance while maintaining effective retention throughout treatment.
