Luxator Periotome Titanium
The Luxator preserves bone integrity and surrounding tissue, reducing trauma during tooth extraction. The slightly tapered blade compresses the alveolar bone, sections the membrane, and gently separates the tooth from its socket, minimising injury.
The titanium nitride in the Luxator TIN reduces friction by 43% compared to stainless steel, allowing it to glide more easily into the socket and offering greater durability. It requires no sharpening.
The Dual Edge tip is ideal for fractured teeth and decayed roots. The stepped blade shape allows for more secure insertion and reduces the risk of slippage.
*All Luxators include an autoclavable Fixus case, designed to organise, store, and protect the instrument between treatments, ensuring safe and hygienic handling. It extends the life of the instruments.
*It cannot be used as an elevator; for this purpose, the Luxator Forte Elevator is recommended.
