Milton Disinfecting Fluid is an unperfumed, food-safe fluid which is suitable for use on work surfaces, floors, walls and utensils.

The solution kills 99.9% of bacteria and does not require rinsing after use.

What is Milton Disinfectant Used For?

Milton Disinfecting Fluid is used for hospitals, dental practices and professional kitchens.

• Effective for disinfecting kitchen work surfaces, floors, walls and kitchen equipment after cleaning.
• Effective for blood spillages, feeding utensils and general ward equipment.

Milton Disinfecting Fluid Efficacy

Milton Disinfecting Fluid is effective against a wide spectrum of bacteria, helping to improve hygiene security: kills bacteria, fungus & viruses.

Milton Disinfecting Fluid kills 99.9% of bacteria according to the disinfection standard EN1276* and EN13697* norms.

• Bactericidal: in 5 min EN 1040, EN 1276 (including MRSA), EN 14561 and at 1.8% v/v EN 13697.
• Fungicidal: in 15 min EN 1275, EN 1650 and EN14562 on Candida albicans (responsible for thrush).
• Virucidal: in 15 min NFT72-180. Effective on Coronavirus and Rotavirus.

Milton Disinfecting Fluid Characteristics

• Aspect: Clear aqueous liquid.
• Colour: Light yellow.
• Odour: Unperfumed - chlorine.
• pH at 20°C (pure solution): 11.9+/-0.5.

Precautions to take when using　Milton Disinfecting Fluid

• Avoid prolonged contact with metal objects, painted or polished surfaces, aluminium and linoleum.
• Do not use neat on metal surfaces, aluminum and linoleum.
• Do not soak metal parts.
• Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
• In cases of skin contact wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs seek medical advice/attention.
