The Dento-Prep KaVo Connector is a connection to the turbine coupling for the KaVo MULTIflex. The DENTO-PREP™ is used with aluminum oxide powder for roughening surfaces such as porcelain and composite prior to cementation. This is done for the best bond strength. The connector consists of a turbine connection, a 1.5 meter hose, and a quick coupling for connection to the DENTO-PREP™. The Connector K for the KaVo MULTIflex is sterilizable with any method and easy to attach. Another advantage is that the nozzle can rotate 360°.
